DID YOU KNOW! That heavy elements such as gold and iron can only be formed when a star collapses and goes Supernova, and that’s where all the heavy elements on earth came from too. If a big enough star goes supernova without forming a black hole, I guess it’s possible for there to be a planet’s worth of gold. Hey, it’s a big universe.

The ominous nebula in this comic is the result of a star very close to earth going supernova in the not too distant future. I’ll let you guess which one it is, and a prize if you get it right! ;P

So we’re booked in for OzComicCon in Melbourne now too. We have any readers down that way? Looking forward to coming down actually. I’ve never been to Melbourne before so we’re planning on spending a little bit of a holiday down there too.

Should be pretty awesome.

So it’s been a hell of a year so far guys & gals. 1 show down and several more to come!

Next up is Sydney Supanova June 15th-17th @ The Dome, Olympic Park.

Feels like we grow bigger and stronger after every convention. Get so many ideas on ways to build ourselves up as artists. Not to mention we get to meet and make new friends. And we get to see all of you when you come to say hi!

We actually ended up doing better at the inaugural Gold Coast Supanova than we did in our own home town the year before. So I think we’ll be back at that con next year. Was a great place to hold it and had actual air conditioning. I cannot stress how important that is for something like this.

So if we have any fans in Sydney it would be great to see you come June. And if there’s any of you in Melbourne we may have an announcement soon regarding a visit down there!

Hey Everyone!

Sorry for the total lack of comics in the last week, but we were really busy with Gold Coast Supanova over the weekend and then I burnt my thumb the other night and couldn’t draw (also I was crying like a baby because it really hurt.)

In case you were wondering, Supanova was a roaring success! A huge thank you to all those people who come over to talk to us and buy our wares. We got asked a lot if we were selling our stuff online, so it looks like an online store is way overdue. We’ll get to it one day.
